Where are you located?
We are located in Chuluota, FL just outside of Orlando and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate up to 100 people.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we have enough tables and chairs for up to 60 people that are included in our packages. We have a close relationship with a rental company for over 60 people at a very reasonable rate. Our goal is to make your event as stress free as possible!
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we have ample parking for all your guests.
Does the Barn provide parking attendants?
Yes, however parking attendants only direct traffic and do not park cars.
Do you have an in-house caterer?
No, we do not. You must provide them, though we can recommend local caterers and other vendors.
Can we have our own wedding coordinator?
We are unique in that at our venue, Tina and Michelle are part of the package. Their services allow you to really enjoy your day.
Can we rent a bounce house for our event?
Yes, you can rent a bounce house for your special event
Can we have a DJ or a band?
Yes, there are accommodations for either a band or a DJ.
Is there a kitchen available to cook?
Although we do not have a kitchen for cooking; we do have a commercial service kitchen. Our kitchen has a double door commercial style refrigerator, large ice machine and food warmer.
Is there a restroom?
Yes, we have a restroom available in the bridal suite and 2 additional restrooms for guests.
Is there a space for the bridal party to get ready?
Yes. We have a beautiful bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to use for the day. We also have our “bunkhouse” for the groom and groomsmen to use. The bridal party will have access as early as they need on the day of the wedding. The groom and groomsmen will have access 2 hours before ceremony. So have fun with it and enjoy your event!
What happens if it rains?
If the weather isn’t cooperating then we watch the radar to see if we are dealing with a passing shower or more lingering rain. If it’s just a a passing shower, we keep the bridal party in their room, wait for the rain to pass, then wipe down all the chairs and start. If the rain will not stop, then we have all the guests sit at their table and chairs, and the couple gets married inside the barn.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes, you will choose your own caterer, cake, DJ, photographer, etc. We do have a list of recommended vendors that we have worked with.
Is there smoking allowed on the property?
There is smoking allowed in designated areas. ABSOLUETLEY no smoking or vaping in the barn.
Can cars be left after an event if a guest has been drinking?
Yes! We encourage guests to leave their vehicles if they have been drinking. Cars can be picked up the following day.
Is alcohol allowed at my wedding or event?
Yes, however it is not provided by the Barn and you will have to utilize the Barn’s bartender as we are required to follow specific guidelines per our insurance.
